When you use Lumavo, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and payment information. We also collect usage data such as generation history, API calls, credit consumption, and model selections.

We automatically collect technical information including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage patterns. This data is used solely for service operation, abuse prevention, and quality improvement.

We use your information to: provide and improve the Lumavo platform; process credit purchases and manage your account; send transactional emails (receipts, API key changes, security alerts); and communicate product updates you have opted into.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your content for advertising targeting.

You retain full ownership of all content generated using Lumavo — prompts, output videos, images, and audio. We do not claim any rights to your generated content. We temporarily cache generated outputs on our servers (up to 30 days) to power your generation history. You may delete your history at any time from your dashboard.

Your prompts are transmitted to third-party AI model providers (ByteDance, OpenAI, Midjourney, Kuaishou, Suno, etc.) solely to fulfill your generation request. We do not share your personal account information (name, email, payment data) with these providers — only the minimum prompt and configuration data needed to process your request. Each provider operates under their own data policies.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., not by Lumavo. When you subscribe, Stripe receives the billing information necessary to process the transaction — your email address, card or wallet payment details, billing country, and the amount charged — and processes it as an independent controller under its own terms. We never receive or store your full card number; we retain only the non-sensitive references Stripe returns to us (customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, and the last billing date) so we can grant credits and manage your subscription. Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We implement industry-standard security controls including access logging, API key scoping, and regular security reviews. You can request complete account and data deletion at any time by emailing support@lumavoai.com.

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens, CSRF protection) and optional analytics cookies (aggregate traffic analysis). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings without affecting core platform functionality.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion to allow dispute resolution. Generation history is kept for 30 days, then purged automatically. Payment records are retained for 7 years per accounting regulations. API logs are retained for 90 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact support@lumavoai.com. We will respond within 30 days.

EU/EEA users: Lumavo processes your data under legitimate interests (service provision) and contract performance. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
